Real Estate is a client services industry, so you need to be ready for anything! Your military training and lifestyle will help you along the way and will make the transition easy. We try to structure our day according to a prescribed outline, called the ideal weekly schedule. It is more of a guideline than a rigid work schedule. We select our applicants after an interview and have limited space available.
Only the most motivated applicants will be accepted. Any applicants accepted, who perform well within the program will have the opportunity to stay on full-time with the award winning Reanue Home Team.
FAQ
Flexible, 30–180 days. We base the program around the needs of the service member.
Morning two-hour meeting followed by required reading/studies, OJT, and database building.
No, however special consideration will be given to those who already hold a California Real Estate License.
It is possible. Reanue Home Team is highly selective. It will depend on the number of available positions and the intern’s performance.
Flexible, 9–5 or 10–6 throughout the week with opportunities for weekends.
Hybrid based. Working from home and in the office.
The great part about this internship is the flexibility option to work from home.
